Our Mobile Pallet Stability Test Lab is an acceleration-deceleration bench fitted inside a truck. The value of this is that it removes the time and expense involved in sending pallets off for external testing as we are able to bring the testing to you.

With our registered testing laboratory, the only recognised and consistent testing method for pallet load stability in the UK, we provide genuine scientific understanding of how your packaging products perform in real life.

In the Mobile Pallet Stability testing centre, we illustrate our stability improvements to clients at their own site, and reliably quantify the plastic reduction and monetary savings of these improvements.

With our laboratory we can apply our decades of experience and research in a bespoke manner, wrapping pallets with the least possible plastic without compromising on stability, proving pallets will reach your customer’s customer in perfect condition.

As well as the G-force testing our Mobile Pallet Stability Test Lab provides, we also have additional testing capabilities. This includes vibration and tilt testing which allows us to recreate the extended stresses a pallet endures during transit to test durability.
