Here’s a bit more about some of our key team members.

Bernard Sellars

Managing Director

Bernard took over the reins from his father in 2014 and is responsible for overseeing Lindum’s success through great people, innovative products and fabulous customer service. Intimately involved day to day in new product development and the maintenance of several customer accounts.

Gavin Sellars

Finance Director

Having purchased a small sole trader called Lindum Tape Supplies in 2000, Gavin built the business from himself and a part-time sales person to the innovative business that Lindum Packaging is today. Having done pretty much every job in the business he now focuses his attention on the financial stability of the business after stepping aside as MD in 2014.

Ed Willey

Operations Director

Another key operational team member, Ed oversees warehouse operations, order fulfilment and health and safety. He’s also the key task master in relation to our standards and accreditation's and keeps a keen eye on waste reduction, efficient stock control and the refinement of our procedures.

Rick Sellars

Business Development Team Leader

A qualified Packaging Technologist, Rick joined the business from college and like all our consultants is passionate about reducing waste. Working mainly in the North of England, he is an expert in undertaking our Lean Integrated Packaging Surveys (LIPS) for customers to identify ways to reduce production downtime, lower costs and reduce packaging waste.

Oliver Giles

Business Development

Oliver has been working in the food industry for more than 10 years but is new to packaging and is fast learning about transit packaging!  He recently joined the team at Lindum and works with clients to help them reduce the amount of plastic they use while increasing the stability of their palletised goods.

Bob Giles

Account Management Team Leader

Bob has been involved in transit packaging for most of his working life. He joined Lindum in 2011 and works with customers to identify opportunities to reduce production downtime, lower costs and reduce packaging waste through our Lean Integrated Packaging Survey (LIPS).

Patrick Donnelly

Business Development

Patrick joined Lindum straight out of college and is fast becoming the Innovation Centre & Stability Lab Manager. Often seen out on the road with a colleague or two, Patrick is the life and soul at Lindum.

Account Manager & Technical Support

Paul is another member of our professional team, working closely with clients and demonstrating our range of products that reduce downtime, save money and reduce waste. Like every member of our team Paul wants to make working with Lindum a really positive experience.

Steve Pearson

Financial Controller

Steve has worked with Lindum for over 10 years now and has just joined the team as a full time member. Welcome Steve - great to have you in the office full time for all our Accounting queries.

Angharad Williams

Account Manager

Ange is passionate about delivering an exceptional service to her accounts. With an ever growing knowledge, she works with her accounts on a day-to-day basis to help deliver the right products and services to help save them money, reduce their plastic and improve their pallet performance.

Martina Warrilow

Customer Services

Martina is a member of our friendly front row team that strive to make working with Lindum an enjoyable experience. Responsible for customer liaison, answering queries and providing product information, Martina is passionate about exceeding expectations and making sure every client knows they are valued.

Luella Sellars

Marketing Assistant

Luella is the newest recruit here at Lindum. She’s recently joined us soon after completing her A level exams, and brings a wealth of positivity, confidence, flair and excellent baking skills to the marketing department.

Ben Goodenough


Ben works with our supply chain to ensure quality and stock flow are maintained. He is always looking to source suppliers who are pushing the boundaries of transit packaging be that in terms of either the technical properties or environmental innovations.

Marie Maskell


Marie has been with the Lindum team since 2008 and has worked in various roles. Now responsible for purchasing and procurement, she ensures that we have the stocks of products we need to fulfil the orders of our customers.

Maria Donnelly

Team Support

Maria is the most recent person to join team Lindum. She works closely with Ed, Ben and Marie on quality and procurement. As with all our team she is approachable, reliable, and an enthusiastic team player who is really looking forward to working with our customers on our mission of Delivering Less!

Sarah Clark


Sarah works closely with Gavin and helps keep the finances of Lindum running smoothly. Responsible on both the sales and purchase side of the business, she’s one of the people at the heart of the Lindum business.

Paul Wade

Credit Control

Paul also works as part of the finance team but is focused on building productive financial relationships with our clients. Paul knows that managing our own business and finances effectively helps us to remain strong and to continue to innovate to save our clients money and reduce their losses through production downtime.

Chris Lester

Warehouse Manager

Chris heads up our warehouse team, and has been with Lindum for over a decade. Overseeing the day to day running of our warehouse, Chris looks after stock control, deliveries in and makes sure customer orders go out.

Dominic Leaning


Dominic works alongside Chris in our warehouse and has been a part of the Lindum team for over 3 years. He can regularly be seen on a forklift moving goods around site, and assists with day to day activities goods in and out.
