Took over the reins from his father in 2014 and responsible for overseeing Lindum’s success through great people, innovative products and fabulous customer service. Intimately involved day to day in new product development and the maintenance of several customer accounts.
Having purchased a small sole trader called Lindum Tape Supplies in 2000, Gavin built the business from himself and a part-time sales person to the innovative business that Lindum Packaging is today. Having done pretty much every job in the business he now focuses his attention on the financial stability of the business after stepping aside as MD in 2014.
Gregg joined his father at Lindum in 2002 after time spent working in Australia and South Africa. Responsible for the development of new customer relationships he is also key in the delivery of our Lean Integrated Packaging Surveys (LIPS) that show the tremendous savings that Lindum can deliver through identifying the right processes and products to minimise downtime, save you money and reduce your waste.
Another key operational team member, Ed oversees warehouse operations, order fulfilment and health and safety. He’s also the key task master in relation to our standards and accreditations and keeps a keen eye on waste reduction, efficient stock control and the refinement of our procedures.
A qualified Packaging Technologist, Rick joined the business from college and like all our consultants is passionate about reducing waste. Working mainly in the North of England, he is an expert in undertaking our Lean Integrated Packaging Surveys (LIPS) for customers to identify ways to reduce production downtime, lower costs and reduce packaging waste.
Will is another one of our friendly customer facing Team. Working with our customers through out the country but primarily in the North West, Will has the experience to make a real difference to your business!
It's very easy to know if Anton is in the office. Either you have a doughnut on your desk or you can hear him laughing. Although he's only recently joined, Anton is already a key part of the team here at Lindum.
Bob has been involved in transit packaging for most of his working life. He joined Lindum in 2011 and works with customers to identify opportunities to reduce production downtime, lower costs and reduce packaging waste through our Lean Integrated Packaging Survey (LIPS).

Phil Kirk is our new Head of Marketing he wants to know all about how we can improve our service and products. Phil joined us this May and has experience in both the private and public sectors, starting out in his family owned Market Gardening business.
Carina joined the family business in 2014, and after a brief role in sales support is now responsible for keeping our customers informed of our packaging innovations through our marketing communications.
With a passion for all things digital and techy, Kelvin works in the Marketing department to define and implement our social media and digital marketing strategy. He loves research and has a keen eye for detail, so also plays an important role in driving our product development programme.
Paul is another member of our professional team, working closely with clients and demonstrating our range of products that reduce downtime, save money and reduce waste. Like every member of our team Paul wants to make working with Lindum a really positive experience.
Marie has been with the Lindum team since 2008 and has worked in various roles. Now responsible for purchasing and procurement, she ensures that we have the stocks of products we need to fulfil the orders of our customers.
Maria is the most recent person to join team Lindum. She works closely with Harpreet, Ed, and Marie on quality and procurement. As with all our team she is approachable, reliable, and an enthusiastic team player who is really looking forward to working with our customers on our mission of Delivering Less!
Carla is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. With an ever growing knowledge, she already has a portfolio of clients who enjoy her friendly and efficient handling of their questions.
Martina is a member of our friendly front row team that strive to make working with Lindum an enjoyable experience. Responsible for customer liaison, answering queries and providing product information, Martina is passionate about exceeding expectations and making sure every client knows they are valued.
Sarah works closely with Gavin and helps keep the finances of Lindum running smoothly. Responsible on both the sales and purchase side of the business, she’s one of the people at the heart of the Lindum business.
Paul also works as part of the finance team but is focused on building productive financial relationships with our clients. Paul knows that managing our own business and finances effectively helps us to remain strong and to continue to innovate to save our clients money and reduce their losses through production downtime.
